Evidology Systems nominated for FStech award for second year running

Evidology Systems, the RegTech/LegalTech start-up that is transforming the way firms handle their compliance to principle-based regulations, has been nominated for FinTech/InsurTech Start-up of the Year for the second year running. This nomination follows their 2021 award successes, including being named LegalTech of the year by TechRound.

Since 2019, Evidology Systems has been dedicated to helping businesses stay up to date with regulations such as GDPR, FRTB, SMCR and ISO 27001. The founders, Rupert Brown and Ian Hillier-Brook, are addressing the issue of compliance confusion with their QED model-driven platform (Quality and Evidence Driven). With current compliance technologies doing little to offer a solution to this, QED allows businesses access to real-time horizon scanning and automated audit trails to monitor the regulatory landscape and implement any changes that are needed. Since the nomination last year, the team at Evidology Systems has embedded the QED software functions and user interface within existing enterprise toolsets, such as Microsoft Teams and Office 365. This is delivered in a lightweight and real-time user interface footprint across desktops, tablets and phones, embracing both Android and Apple platforms.

The FStech awards have celebrated excellence and innovation within the UK and EMEA financial service industries for the past 22 years, and this year is no exception. The award ceremony is being held at the London Marriott Hotel Grosvenor Square on the 17th of March.
